I’m extremely pumped about the variety of plus size clothing lines out here for the big girls! This summer, I actually have options to choose from and don’t have to resort to covering up during this dreadful heat. As a curvy woman, I have a hard time trying to find clothes that are cute, fit good and are reasonably priced. What I am sharing with you, is my go-to list of places to shop, hoping you’ll have a fashionable summer as well!

This company is based out of Brooklyn, NY and doesn’t skimp on the stylish and sexy! With the bold prints, bright colors and stretch fabric, this is a brand name you want in your wardrobe. I am especially in love with their new swim line, “No Room for Saints”. Can we say FLY?! I’m currently browsing their website for more swimsuits this summer and for upcoming beach trips (I just need another excuse to buy something) As well, I am also excited that they use all sizes for their models, which makes me feel like I can definitely wear their pieces.

I love their philosophy on fashion, “Nothing over $50” and “being fresh with a little edge”. Their plus size category is great for casual encounters with friends or wanting to embrace those curves. With my current dress obsession, 50Limes is definitely the place I turn to find great fits and quality clothing, I encourage you to shop with them! And I can’t forget that “Nothing over $50” concept, that in itself makes me want to shop even more!

Forever 21 is my go-to for about good portion of my wardrobe. I love that they actually have a section for us to shop in store, no more drab over here! I also get my jeans from them and have noticed a change in their quality of denim. They are definitely in my shopping budget and have a variety of clothing up to a size 3x! What’s even cooler about this company, is that their style of clothing changes when you’re in different regions of the U.S! For instance, when I traveled to Chicago last year, I found great items I wouldn’t be able to find back in my Texas home.

Fresh. Chic. Fabulous. Those 3 words basically sum up of how I feel about this clothing line. One of my favorite pieces to have are colored pants, especially the ones that hit at the ankle, they carry these in all sorts of fun colors! With having a bigger bottom, it’s so hard to find something that fits my lower half. Eloquii has also launched their new summer collection too, “East of Eden”. This particular collection gives that feeling of long summer days, taking weekend trips and just relaxing on the beach with some tropical drink in hand. Whenever I think of this brand, I envision a hard-working woman, dressed stylishly, in the freshest of threads. Shop at Eloquii!

A “lifestyle brand” based out of NY, creates clothing for curvy women all around the globe. Their specialty to me, is in the “street wear” department, I mean why wouldn’t they be? New York is a huge runway to sport your street chic style anyway. I also love this brand because they partner with top fashion bloggers and other fashionistas, to create clothing that women can actually wear. Their clothing line is geared more towards the city slicker, with a busy schedule and fabulous life!
